How Quality Management supports Sustainable Development?

Abstract: In the following paper an attempt to present the role of quality management in enterprises following sustainable development strategy was taken. Methods striving for quality(defined in their broadest meaning) are the basic catalyzer for changes which enable identification of new opportunities and definition of alternative actions to be taken. They focus on the best practices and means leading to improvement in the areas jeopardizing economic, environmental and social infrastructure.
