Abstract: The companies that integrate the supply chain of foreign trade and customs offer the service of transport of goods as a key piece of their business model, to maintain competitiveness in the market before the regulatory requirements and organizational growth it is necessary to manage the specialized talent in positions of Cross-border Transport Drivers, through competency standards and KPI monitoring that integrates the business philosophy, with the implementation of the QHS methodology it is projected as a tool for the development of a corporate strategic plan for consolidation of operations.
