Abstract: Promoting diversity and inclusion in the realm of web design necessitates a paradigmatic shift in the creation and interpretation of digital spaces. This article explores the challenges inherent in integrating principles of diversity and inclusion into web design. Value and visual strategies oriented towards inclusion can transform digital spaces from mere information channels into collaborative environments that respect diversity and promote inclusion. This contribution aims to explore the theme of diversity and inclusion in web design, with a focus on university websites. The main goal is to understand the students' perspective and their perception of the issue, and to identify possible elements of innovation through visual design and User eXperience design.
