Drawing from scholarly insights, the article bridges the gap between historical craftsmanship and modern design innovation, illustrating how traditional methods like the mortise and tenon can inspire and enhance modern furniture aesthetics. This exploration not only highlights the potential of these time-honored techniques to contribute to sustainable design practices but also underscores the importance of preserving cultural heritage within the evolving landscape of contemporary furniture design.
