Co-Creating Public Service: Development of Hobby Voucher for Youths and Sport Clubs

Abstract: The increasing sedentary lifestyle and decreased physical activity among children and youth have become a global concern. Public services, facilities and sports clubs play a significant role in supporting children's physical activity. This article describes the co-creation process of a physical activity support system - a digital tool for public financial support and management in the field of youth sport and hobbies - aiming at increasing involvement and continuation of hobbies after pandemic. We analyze the roles of stakeholders and mutually supportive ways they were involved in the co-creation process.
