Abstract: The aim of this work is empirical evidence of the need to respect specific methodological standards in the study of the phenomenon of diagnosing mental and motor predispositions to counter physical aggression. The key criterion for ‘situational actionability’ is testing fights in a vertical posture (TFVP) efficiency. Of the 59 TFVP participants aged 7 to 13 years, there were 37 boys and 22 girls. The innovative comparison of motor potentials according to the same criteria, i.e. age- and gender-adjusted for the winner of the GPC (groups of people combats), provides important empirical evidence that the chances of girls' effective self-defence against physical aggression by their peers, boys, dominating them with motor potential and/or body weight, are real.
