Abstract: With the increasing use of Artificial Intelligence around the world, it has left the Human Resource department no choice, but to adapt and incorporate into their systems and strategies. This research paper will examine the role of Artificial Intelligence in transforming traditional talent management strategies. The paper will also evaluate the benefits and challenges of integrating AI into talent management systems. While researching this, this study will provide insights into future trends and best practices for organizations that adopt AI-driven talent management.
