Abstract: It is the responsibility of every company to support and ensure a safe and healthy workplace. To achieve this goal, companies require software that can assist in managing their occupational health and safety (OH&S) systems. Recognizing that procuring specialized software may not be cost-effective for all companies, this article proposes an alternative approach. We suggest configuring the basic functionality of Software AG's ARIS software, commonly used for Enterprise Architecture management, to meet the necessary requirements for OH&S management. This approach aims to provide an affordable solution for companies seeking to enhance workplace safety without the need for dedicated OH&S software.
